The trendy CP Chimayo+ E-bike helmet is the latest model of this Swiss top brand and derived from the CP Corao+ ski helmet. The bicycle helmet is very comfortable to wear and glasses wearers can just keep their glasses on. The size (53 to 64 XL) and the ventilation of the helmet are adjustable for even more comfort. Ideal as a city bike helmet, but also suitable for long bike rides, in heat and cold. The fluorescent (glow in the dark) surface of the Magic models makes cyclists even more visible in the dark. The Chimayo+ is extra safe and therefore also approved as a speed pedelec helmet. CP developed the ODSA system (link = explanation video), which protects your head and brain even better in all directions. It is also safer than the so-called "Mips helmets" because the cushioned gel pads provide additional vertical protection. The helmet also has an extra anti-shock strap for even more safety.
Choose between a clear and a tinted visor
The Chimayo+ is available with a clear or a photochromic visor. The photochromic visor gives you a clear view in any light condition and provides a wide field of vision. It also protects you from insects, wind and stone chips. If you still want to feel the wind in your face, the visor is very easy to open and close with one hand.
